Blackberry Curve 8900 In Brief

The Blackberry Curve 8900 was really popular when it first came out as it was more aimed at a wider market than the BlackBerry's traditional business customers. The camera in the Blackberry Curve 8900 is 3.2 mega pixels which is good for a Blackberry as most of them are usually 2MP or less. The Blackberry Curve 8900 also features an in built GPS system which can be used with Blackberry Maps. Problems have been reported by some users with the track ball as it sometimes gets stuck. As already mentioned, I personally would not opt for a phone with a trackball, but would go for a later model such as the BlackBerry Curve 8520 which has a much improved trackpad. The pointing device (trackball / trackpad) is such a crucial feature of these phones (you cannot operate the phone without them) that I just would not compromise on it.
