To determine whether these deals are good value try searching for the same deal in terms of minutes, texts etc, but order the search by the amount of cashback / instant cash available.
Then compare the amount of cash back you can get with your deal to the value / cost of the laptop being offered.
If the laptop being offered is worth less than the amount of cash on offer, then clearly, you would be better off taking a cash back deal and buying your laptop elsewhere.
